Flowers in the rain

This March weather is up and down on the east coast. On Sunday, it was warm - 55 degrees - but it was raining on and off, which kind of made the weather not so delightful. I always debate taking pictures on rainy days, because the outfits aren't super glamorous. However I'm not glamorous every day. Some days I wear heels, and most other days I wear flats. I also think you can still be super cute in flats, or rain boots, or snow boots. So this is my rainy day look. I love these floral rain boots, and I love this Urban top that I found for $14.99 - it will be perfect as I grow!
